The Quantitative Imaging Toolkit (QIT) is a software package for visualization, data exploration, and computational analysis of neuroimaging datasets. While it is useful for a variety of tasks, a substantial portion of the tools were developed for characterizing brain microstructure and connectivity using diffusion magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). On the pages listed below you can learn about the capabilities of QIT, or you can download the latest version here.
